January 2024 Market Update for Palm Beach County Shows Rise in Available Inventory

The January 2024 update indicates that Palm Beach County experienced a notable increase in inventory, up by 16.6% from January 2023, totaling 4,900 active listings. New listings also rose by 12.9% to 1,904 from 1,687 last year. The median sale price in January increased by 5.6% to $615,000. This month, the county closed 811 sales, totaling $952.2 million in volume, compared to $863.7 million in 2023.
